How can I make a complaint?

To lodge a complaint:

  1. Use the Support / Complaints form in the client portal or email support ([email protected]).
  2. You will receive an acknowledgement within 5 business days.
  3. The complaint will be investigated and a substantive reply provided within 14 calendar days. If more time is needed, you will be informed of the expected timeframe and interim updates.
