While assets are pooled with those of other clients for settlement and operational efficiency, you retain full beneficial ownership of your holdings at all times.
This omnibus structure is widely used across global investment platforms and is fully permitted under MiFID II, provided that client assets remain segregated from the firm’s own funds.
